"I moved out a couple months ago due to a combination of something that happened with me with losing my job that was paying my rent, but also not helping (hours varied)... So that whole situation was complicated and I can't just blame them. But now I'm still waiting 2 1/2 months later from my security deposit refund that the WODA group the apartments work through were supposed to call me about and discuss alternative method to sending the check or pick up (I was going to try to get them to send it with tracking). Nope. I just got the call this morning that the management went ahead and sent it back out without tracking or offering any other options and they're only explanation of what happened after attempting to send it 2x now was "it was a problem on their end". Never again"

"Tired of waiting for things to be fixed. Maintenance never does anything. I'm just gonna make some calls to the state since I guess that will be the only way to get things done. Property is ok, but NOTHING gets fixed. And yes my rent is always paid on time."

"Me and my husband has been here now for 7 months we love the place and the office workers is so nice trys to help you every way they can and if you have a problem they help you every way can they don't get into your business but keeps things on a priority level but will do all they are able to the unit we live in is so cozy and you feel like you have a home but if I can give me about 3 more months and I'll up date but if you need a nice clean place to live you need go by and take a look at how nice this place is thank you sincerely The Lovejoy s"

"This has been a peaceful place to live,until you are harassed over your vehicle. My vehicle is completely legal and complies with the lease,but yet many notifications on your door and contact the office by phone. NEVER get an answer. So I don't know what to do. I'm disabled and very sick. I keep inside mostly due to conditions. But if the management would get a wonderful on-site manager then it would be 5 star for sure. Beautiful units and very well equipped. I jus hope doin this review will get to someone who can fix things for this little peaceful community. Thanks in advance and God bless...."

"Culloden Greene has very poor unprofessional management the on-site manager picks and chooses who to evict or keep just 3 days ago s combat veteran with a service dog was evicted for only one month behind on rent what kind of apartment complex would stoop as low as to toss a war torn soldier and his service dog onto the street homeless without even attempting to help him with a payment arrangement sad."
