However, the dealership faces challenges in communication and operational efficiency, exemplified by a computer glitch that led to unexpected financial implications for us. Unfortunately, no one in upper management has reached out to us to address the issue, leaving us feeling overlooked and underserved. This discrepancy between quoted prices and final payments underscores the need for improved transparency and prompt issue resolution to ensure a consistently satisfactory experience for all of us at Thomasville Toyota."
