"I've lived here for 5 years for a reason. The staff and management are the absolute best! It's very quiet and peaceful here, for the most part. The last couple of tenants that lived across the hall from me have been young and very loud/disruptive. But its an apartment, what can you do right. Still this has been the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. The longest I've ever waited for maintenance is one day."

"Honest review: Management is horrible. They do whatever they can to make some extra money off of you. Whenever you call them, they immediately hang up. They never listen to you or even try to help. We moved out in May. I paid the entire month of May upnfeomt and sent in my 30 day notice I get a letter stating I owe 278 to move out? No way. Then, they tell me I need to turn my keys in now even though I paid for the entire month of May so technically the apartment is still mine. They also said they would charge me more if I kept the keys after I paid. Management never calls you back. It gets worse too. When we moved in it started off fine. Then all of the sudden we got swamped with ants in the kitchen to the point where we couldn’t even keep a glass in our sink it was so bad. They sprayed and then they navigated their way to the bathroom and living room. Trying to get your security deposit back is a total joke. Good luck on that if you can get a hold of them. Never again will we rent from them. Stay far away. The only positive thing about it is they have Marion doing whatever she can to help for their lack of incompetence and the complex smells of weed all throughout the day. So there that too."

"I've lived at Woodhaven Square apartments for 9 months now. I love my apartment. The rent is affordable. Its peacedul and safe. The apartment manager, Marion, is very nice and the maintenance. My neighbors are pleasant. I hope to live here a few years."

"The place is in good shape, grounds are well kept, when I need maintenance they are quick and the people that run the place are very nice. On the other hand some of the apartments are a little dated( no dishwasher, 1-5 thermostat, etc) but heat and water are free and overall a good place to live."

"I absolutely love it here! This is my second time living here. I was here for 2 years the first time and I've recently moved back in April of this year. Very affordable and cozy. I've always managed to get one of the updated apartments with new countertops, cabinets, ceiling fan and even my kitchen has a back splash that's beautiful. Heat is included and its spacious enough for my family of 3. Marian the office worker is great. The grounds are kept very nice, very quiet and peaceful complex. I only wish there was central air and a washer and dryer in the unit. If I had that I'd probably never leave."
