"I have been a regular at Titus Sports Academy and have been working with my trainer Ron Miller for some time now, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience there. First and foremost, the staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly, creating an inviting and supportive atmosphere that makes me feel at home. The gym itself is well-maintained and has all of the equipment I need to get a great workout in. It's clear that this is a quality gym where people go to work out, not to socialize or be seen. I work out with Ron three times a week, and he is an outstanding trainer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and he always knows how to push me to get the most out of my workouts. He is also very approachable and easy to talk to, which makes the training sessions much more enjoyable. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience at Titus Sports Academy and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality gym with a great staff and excellent trainers like Ron Miller. "I tried several gyms around Tallahassee and always end up back at Titus. The coaches are great and the classes are challenging. If you want a solid workout with no gimmicks, I recommend it. M, W, F is Dynamic Fitness so you'll do weights with cardiovascular mixed in. T and Th is a boot camp type class with more bodyweight type activities. I would recommend it for HIIT lovers. If you are working around injuries they will give you modified exercises. The guy at Orange Theory told me he would give modifications but didn't so I had to use what I learned at Titus to make due. Now I just stick with Titus. They also offer one on one sessions and train lots of athletes but the class is good enough for me and some of the regulars are pretty dedicated to fitness so it gives extra motivation."
