"Martial Arts and Self Defense for all ages. I’ve been a member here for about 8 months and I currently do BJJ, Wrestling and Boxing/MMA for one flat relatively low cost. They teach Judo as well. They have enough members that they can separate the kids from the adults which is a huge plus when training with a partner. The owners are great people and everyone there is super friendly with a family style atmosphere. So whether you are looking to learn self defense, compete or just get in shape, I highly recommend this business."
