"Never stopped into this place in all my years. I paid a guest fee & got a good training session in. I have to agree with a previous review, the place has a more “old School” feel to it. Keeping it simple with circuit equipment, free weights & cardio area. Big fans blowing & the environment temp on the warmer side. I’ll be back."
