"OK! I’m doing an update since so much has changed at this office. Jessica is awesome as always. And I miss Heather!! BUT the new lady at the front is awful. She is rude as heck. I don’t know her name, but this clearly ain’t her “home” office. She really needs to adjust that attitude before someone does it for her. It has been 9 years now, but dr McCord saved my life at the ER one early morning.. Thanks to his knowledge and quick thinking.. I’ll forever be grateful.. When I found out I was pregnant at one of his checkups he knew the specialist to send me to die to my high risk. I was treated so well at both places.. Thank you all.. I apologize for not sending this review sooner."

"Awful. Went for four visits. They waited multiple weeks to give me medication I needed, miss Laura was rude and made me feel uneducated and wrong when I told them it just wasn’t working out and I’d like to change doctors and needed my medical records. She rolled her eyes and got very unprofessional. She also tried to charge me $25.00 for my records when the front desk assistant told me it was only $20.00 (this woman also looked very concerned and surprised with the treatment I was receiving) this woman told me not to be concerned about the size of my baby when I asked. I was 17 weeks...I also discovered as soon as I changed doctors that I have placental lakes and a few other issues with my pregnancy that mccords office either ignored or just didn’t feel was necessary to inform me. My records they had taken were wrong. Wrong dates and wrong due date estimate. Terrible office that doesn’t inforce any covid rules as far as how many people were shoved into the office every visit. My advice RUN don’t walk away from this office. I was also given medical advice that I was later told could have cause a miscarriage. Wow. There’s nothing these people can say to ever fix the way they’ve treated people. I have a video of the whole incident with the “doctor” Laura I believe was her name that verbally assaulted me. I never got their names because they would not introduce themselves."

"I would normally give a good review and have been seeing dr McCord for many years now. Took both of my girls to him at 13 years old. and they are still going at 19 and 21. I called to schedule an appointment and also to have an order sent over for a mammogram. I let The receptionist know that I had found a lump in my breast and needed to get all test and results in for an appointment with Dr. McCord. I made the appointment to see him next week. OPI called me for their appointment to do test. I get over there and they did not order anything but a basic mammogram. So now I have to go back to the drawing board, call the doctors office again to get them to send over the correct order of what test I need. The receptionist, Heather, tells me she needs to see the report to get the ‘order’ of what test OPI is wanting to do. Gezz! OPI doesn’t send orders that’s the doctors job to order the test he wants me to have, OPI just does the testing. I know this and I don’t even work there. It’s common sense. Now I have to wait again for Dr McCord’s Office to send over a new order to OPI so I can go get the testing that I actually need before I go to the doctor on Wednesday, so we can go over the results then. 2 office visits now turns into 3 and more co-pays! More money, more of my time, extra visits to OPI due to a Receptionist at the office not listening to the patient and following through with the correct order to begin with. Irritated is an understatement! Everyone just seemed to be making excuses instead of accepting responsibility for their mistakes! It’s only 4:35 and I’ve called back 3 times and their phones go to the answering service now. They didn’t tell the answering service that they weren’t going to be there and are supposed to be open until 5. Now I have to wait until the morning to get someone back on the phone. Very unprofessional, it’s a shame that it reflects on Dr. McCord because we love him! Thankfully!"

"This office and staff are amazing!! Dr McCord saved my child's life and mine by acting quickly to deliver my baby.. my husband and I are very thankful for such a wonderful doctor and staff thank you guys!! "

"The only reason I continue to come here is because I've been coming here for over 10 years now. I don't get a good vibe from the midwife and I feel that she is rude and non compassionate. The 1st time she provided my care she just walked into my room without introducing herself and thought she was just going to invade my personal space. I had never met her, and I politely refused her care. I say every year I'm going to find a new provider, and after I deliver my baby I am going to find a new one."
