"Ordered something online with a fulfillment timeline of 2-4 days and no updates. No one answers the phone when trying to call any department. Based off all the other bad reviews this is an issue that needs to be resolved due to this being a recurring issue."
"Do not even try to get your textbooks from here, go straight to Amazon. It’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t received most of my textbooks, both physical and digital. I had to call 10 times (trying every possible extension) before anyone picked up. I was told they would figure out what the issue was and get back to me, so when I didn’t hear anything back, I tried to call back about an update. This time, no one (from any department) would pick up the phone again."
"In person is great. Dont order through the website unless you want to receive your item months later. No one will answer you and will not provide tracking updates of any kind. Currently waiting 3 weeks and in dark on where the item is."
"Never answers their phone and when they do answer, they can’t connect you to the right department. Also never answers their emails. I’ve had my order cancelled and left in the wind on when my new order is going to come in."
"While on my whirlwind tour of Florida, we decided to go to FSU for some FSU gear. Upon arrival I parked in the parking garage and proceeded down the steps to the store. Found out that the new store was across the street. Upon entering asked if I could bring our dog inside and it was no problem. Shopped for around 30 min or so. Everyone was really nice and friendly that we encountered. Prices are a little steep but most were reasonable."
