"I have been suffering with fibroid pain for over 10 years now. Came here last year for help. Saw Heidi Septor. She didn't seem to care. Talked down to me the whole time. Acted like I was lieing about the fibroids at first. Had a transvaginal ultrasound for proof (which the lady doing the ultrasound was very rough and I cramped for hours after). Heidi then proceded to tell me my pain was normal peroid pain and to take some motrin. I have been going to Erlanger this year and turns out that I not only have fibroids and cysts but also endometriosis and hyperplasia. I was also told its pre-cancerous. Good thing I went somewhere else. Moral of the story... don't come here."

"All the nurses are really rude and obnoxious. Got stared at the entire time I was there, and even heard nurses gossiping in the background about other patients. With all due respect y’all need to clear out your staff and hire nurses who actually know how to treat patients with respect and do their job. 10/10 do not recommend this place to anyone."

"Office staff in wonderful but Dr. Roberts needs to be re-educated. I was told my previous OB was retiring which lead me to find another OB. The appointments I had with Roberts was very quick and I don’t feel like he listened to me and if he did say something it was always a joke or sarcasm which I could handle but just annoying. Fast forward.. I had my scheduled c section on 3/28 (note: it was an uncomplicated pregnancy, just a repeat) I got discharged 2 days later. I was only home for maybe 2 nights before going to the ER at erlanger east. ( i delivered at Parkridge) Erlanger east wanted to admit me but bc I was pp the OB team there didn’t want to keep me. I was having pain in my lower back, right upper belly pain, massive headache and high blood pressure. They sent me home after giving me pain meds and the next day I ended up going back to Parkridge with the same symptoms. They then said it was my gallbladder and admitted me. The next day Roberts came in (1st and last time he saw me) and said yup it’s your gallbladder and pushed me off on surgeons. Luckily the surgeon didn’t feel comfortable doing surgery since I was so fresh pp and my kidney function was so bad. After spending SIX days there I got discharged with no answers and 2 days later I was at Erlanger downtown chatt where they FINALLY diagnosed me with postpartum preeclampsia and got proper treatment. Ladies, listen to your body bc these doctors arent educated enough apparently."

"This obgyn office is by far the worst I have ever been too. I came here with my 6th pregnancy(last) I expressed how I had group b strep and rh negative with ALL my children and had to have antibiotics to prevent spread to my unborn children. dr. Roberts just wrote it in the records and shrugged it off. they did the gbs testing at 34 weeks even it was negative((11/15/2021)for whatever reason I kept asking if I needed the antibiotics at other appointments he said no I was fine it was negative(called the office they are done at 36 weeks per front office staff)in the records they put in for another test 11/29/2021(which is when it should have been done! never did it while I was in office that day. Fast forward go to hospital they decide to induce for out of control gestational diabetes but he never checked my diabetes at all in the office other than the glucose test . He came in and broke my water (with covid) nurse tells me 20 minutes after he walks out of the room he wont be returning to deliver my son because he has covid but when doctor Williams walks in he LIES and says he had a family emergency!my son was born with group b strep, sepsis , pneumonia in nicu for a month because I wasn't properly diagnosed or treated for group b strep.. now my son has been referred out to pediatric neurology for balance and low tone. Fast forward to discharging (me) I made several complaints of stomach pain to nurses and not being able to stand up straight as I felt something was wrong. they kept telling me I was fine it was because I had already had so many children. 3 hrs. after discharge I was readmitted through the emergency department with a bad infection and spent another 4 days in the hospital. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!!! and don't want a generic apology response either!!! just WARNING all the mommas out there be careful who you trust with you and your babies lives."
