"Service is trash. It makes no sense to wait forever for someone to acknowledge you’re in the drive through. Then go in and they might welcome you and still not serve you. We just left. There was no line or anything, it’s fast food. And why was the lady fiddling with the icing squirt bottle. If no one needed it why was it so important when patrons are waiting. No excuse."

"Went to one in Warner Robins on Watson was told to pull in a waiting spot. After waiting 35 minutes I went in to ask why it was taking so long. They said they needed to make some biscuits. Then proceeded to tell me they were out of coleslaw. A small child maybe 4 was sitting at a table coloring obviously was a employee's child. After all of waiting going on to find out what was up I said just give me my money back. Left and went to another one."

"Best. Bojangles. I. Have. Ever. Had. I would highly encourage you to go here. It was a very modern Bojangles. Everything was fresh and warm. Service was good but they were super busy. I got the Supremes with mash potatoes. It was also very clean for a Bojangles!"

"Staring to get a bit frustrated with this place. They cannot seem to know the difference between greens and red beans. Twice now when we ordered the rice and red beans, we got home and it was green beans. It is in in the name folks. Then order a wing and a breast, and get two breasts. It is in the name, a wing. They need to do better. This used to be our favorite chicken place, may have to look for another."

"Went there to get dinner for my wife and I was told it would be 20 min wait for the chicken to cook unless I wanted all dark meat I told the assistant manager I would wait. 20 minutes and the lady with the floor length braids wanted to know if I would take all dark meat I informed her I had been waiting for the white meat to cook and I wanted it mixed like I payed for. The assistant manager came out and said they were taking up the white meat and told them to fill my order because I had waited patiently for my order then I was informed they had no dark meat to fill my order. Jarrod the assistant manager said he would give me all white meat that they were suppose to hold out dark meat for my order. I told him to just refund my money and I would go somewhere else for food. I was kind of glad it happened be cause I watched the girl with the floor length braids running her hands thru her hair and slinging her hair all around the food. Putting food I boxes to go out to the customers. I will not eat or order here again. Not the first time I say her doing this with her hair and serving food."
