"I was seen in May and diagnosed with lymphoedema and lipoedema. I've been waiting since then for the pumps I need. The DME company can't send them without the provider's signature. The DME company has sent the forms multiple times for signing and the provider's are not signing or sending back the forms. It's been 5 months waiting with no end in sight."

"Brought my client in. The staff were nice and accommodating however the bathroom was atrocious! Toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor, toilet seat dirty with God knows what on it and had the smell of an outhouse! I had to spray my perfume in there and clean the toilet seat just so my client couls use it. I had to go too but luckily I have strong bladder control and I'll hold it til i get home."

We saw a PA and did a very thorough exam then we had ultrasounds done over 3 weeks of whole body after completed we had another visit with PA. She was very professional. Explaining what was done and the results of the test. Them set us up for return in 1 year and a referral to follow up with another DR. We were satisfied and relieved and very happy with services. We will use them for all vascular problems in future if needed. Thank you to all staff. They were professional and kind at same time."
