"My husband and I dined in, we both had the salad bar and ordered the blackened chicken quesadilla and the dinner trio to go because we were full from eating at the salad bar we took our food to go, and ate for dinner later that evening. About 5 years ago I Always order online. I like the salad.First time for something like this to happen. Except they did forget my salad once. I ordered about 65 dollars worth of food. I get there and my order was not ready. The kitchen never received it. The manager got the order email to her but failed to give it to the kitchen. I waited about 40 mins. But the manager gave me my alcoholic drink for free and discounted about 20 dollars off my ticket and free desert. She was very apologetic about it. Would recommend calling to verify orders placed online. Management is great. Online goes through a third party site and it wasn't connecting with their system correctly."

"My wife and I had a nice lunch at Ruby Tuesday's in Lake City on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We both opted for the soup & salad bar combo. We were seated quickly, and our server was friendly, fast & attentive. The salad bar had a wide range of ingredients, all of which were fresh & well presented. We had the broccoli cheddar soup, which was quite tasty as was the iced tea (definitely freshly brewed). We really enjoyed our lunch & will be back the next time we're in the area."

"Tasty food, cooked as requested, and well presented. Dave is kind, attentive, and prompt. Staff cared for our needs and (seem) genuine. Lower score on atmosphere is the lack of maintenance to the space. Table varnish is chipping off. The carpet needs replacement. Repairs needed in (ladies) restroom. Did not expect this from an anchor restaurant near so many hotels. Would return? Yes. Promote for food? Yes. Promote for service? Yes"

"We were on our way to Fort Lauderdale and we spent the night in Lake City so we decided to go either the Ruby Tuesday because in Louisiana Mississippi. They're virtually none left. They've all become extinct so we thought from the established establishment we were going and we thought it was wonderful. It looks like a place stuck on the time warp and it was exactly the way. We remembered it the salad bar there with all the fixings and the great bar area. Was there we got the happy hour which was great? The service was good the way it was good. The English salad bar was very delicious and my husband got the delicious black and tilapia and I got the delicious grilled. Samantha and the vegetables and grilled zucchini that came with it were absolutely delicious. We highly recommend it."
