"Love Olive Garden. Love the food. However yesterday they missed the mark on service. I’d like to encourage the managers to coach staff about their conduct in front of guests. Yesterday my server cursed, complained about other customers and expressed the desire to go home, all while in earshot of serving me. Multiple staff were also on their phones in view of guests. It made me extremely uncomfortable to be there or want to return to this location."

"I’m contacting you today because of multiple mix ups with my order the other night. My wife placed a pick-up order last night for dinner for myself and our daughter. When I went to pick it up everything was fine. The customer service was quick and polite. It wasn’t until I got home that I saw two of our entrees had pasta and sauce coming out of the sides of the plastic To go boxes. It was all over the inside of the bag with sauce and noodles and liquid that was slightly leaking out of the plastic. This was the first issue and was extremely annoying for myself to clean up. The food seemed good and salvageable so I made the most of it. Once I got inside I realized the real mix up. We had been given the WRONG items for our order and the only two things were right and that was the appetizer and my wife’s entree. I don’t understand how this can happen. My wife and I have been patrons of your restaurant for years and never experienced anything like this. It was an inconvenience to say the least. I was throughly upset with the service along with my wife being upset at me."
"The waitress was AMAZING, She was polite and very courteous. I did ask for a salad tho without onions but the back worker who made it onioned me... That is slightly my fault because I didn't not mention I was intolerant but it be what it be. The waiteress however was quite kind and came by to fill our drinks and laugh with us so I do recommend, just don't make my mistake if you have an allergy! Also they had great vegan options for my fiance and even modified the pasta for them by adding olives and cooked mushrooms!"
