"Chef Sam was able to come up with a creative and delicious menu for a group of people with varying restrictions and tastes. He surprised me and my group of friends with an extra appetizer and intermezzo course - also added a beautiful champagne cocktail to start. His ability to add interesting ingredients like bee pollen, Indian sugar, port soaked goat cheese and others, made each of his courses unique from anything I have eaten before. If one is interested, Sam will divulge details while preparing each course, and he will point out what flavors will be prominent as you savor each bite. "Chef Sam is the best! Excellent customer service and the food is superb! He prepared food for my baby shower last year for a group of about 30. He created a menu that went along with the theme that went way above my expectations!!! He is very creative and it shows in his presentation.
