Reviews
"This school overall literally sucks. The food is horrible, the administrators are just finding ways to ruin your child's individuality and fun of being in school. I swear every teacher there is some kind of bipolar, one minute theyre laughing and talking with you, the next minute they are sending you out the class for talking while others may be talking louder than you. Dress code. Its not taken seriously as the girls wear cropped and see through shirts that they try to hide with a jacket or high wasted jeans. Yet, if you want to wear a beanie or a hat you can't unless they make money off of it which is on hat day. They need to prioritize and stop trying to fund the school with ridiculously priced boring field trips and tech it outs (a day where you walk around in a small gym using your phone and buying boring snacks). Dr. Arthur and the rest of the staff need to stop saying they care about you and your well being when they dont even help the students in need of anything. You have to wait forever if you needed to see a councillor and all they do is blame it on something and then tell your parents. Well some not all Ms. Edwards is nice. Now the teachers here swear they are doing their absolute best to teach and be there for us. However, they are always comparing your students scores to someone elses and complaining on how we are supposed to teach ourselves and such. But we cant do it by ourselves and hearing about how were gonna fail if we dont get a 95 percent average on a hard test. Then they turn around and start saying theyre not comparing. There are outdated atlas', the library isnt the best, the bathrooms are poorly kept, ceilings were flooded and falling in before summer was introduced, etc. We still travel in lines with the same people all year round and lunch you cant switch seats or sit with your different friends from other classes. Refferalls are given too frequently, if youre talking at all you get one, wearing a beanie, etc. The teachers also put in grades last minute right when progress reports come out which make your grades drop so low no matter who you are. The kids are mean and fake and just all around hypocrytes, they talk behind each others back and then date so many people and if youre nice the guys wont really like you, maybe thats just me but oh well. You tell one person one thing and they spread it around and it just makes secrets might as well be public announcements. Some teachers have attitudes and others just dont try. The travelling in lines is ridiculous because if were late the teachers blame us and continue to talk about how irrisponsible we are. dresscode sucks majorly. A few cool teachers like one but all of the great ones found better jobs. You dont choose connections. And heres a note for the field trips if you dont go you go to ISS because there was for some reason no alternate option.Trusting anyone in this school is a set up to be picked on for the rest of your school life. Your friend becomes the enemy in a quick second and if your different you dont make a lot of friends i had so little true friends i could count on my hand. And the girls claim they are gonna fight someone but they dont and they are all talk sometimes but other times theyre obsessed with hair pulling."
"The teachers don't care about us. They complain how poorly we do on tests and stuff, yet they don't teach good and that goes to sum teachers.. There is sum teachers I like but the rest are the worst... Administrator's give referrals from the most stupidest reasons. Sum teachers luvvv to brag about how well their high grade students do but instead of helping others to get into that postion they just brag. Like how is that gonna help us??! So sum teachers, instead of bragging teach us..... There is hella fights in this school and one time I saw Mrs. Carmichel holding a student by a shirt. Like he might've been in a fight but u do not touch a student like that. And Mrs. Carmichel one time made a lot of 6th graders stay in a line for about 5 minutes while we were going connections because we were talking yet the others who came late she just let them pass by and we were late because of her. And the teachers complain how poorly we do yet their stopping our education... Oh u think I'm done yet?? Haha very funny not even close but this is already tooooooo long so yuh. So u do not want to come to this school... Trust me.. I give it 2 stars bc my favorite teachers do a great job and my friends are mostly there and other than that this school is shi...."
"This has been probably the worst school I’ve been to. Don’t get me wrong I like to learn and I have some good moments at this school but the school technology is very outdated and the teachers really don’t care about students. They are really in it for the money. They say dress code like beanies are “distractions”. I don’t know how but they also say ripped jeans are dress code but nobody is really going to look down at your pants. Anyway this is what I have to say about LMS."
"This is the worst school every built, because the gave me a test today and I didn't finished.Do you know what they said? They said you have to turn it in because that is all the time you had. So that made me feel like killing them because I needed all A's .So never join this school or face misery."
"Personally, I do not like this school for my kids. When I first walked into that school it reeked of bullied children. Even the scent was on my child. The scent lingered on my child for many months. Unfortunately, I am stuck with this school for another year. We are hanging in there. Holding on for dear life. One of the kids over there smashed my son's tablet last year. Guess who paid for it? I did :-) this school is a danger zone. Administrators are just so oblivious. For them it's easier to ignore the problems. A lot of fighting goes on there and the kids don't know what respect is. What goes on in the school bus is even worse. I do not like the ladies in the front desk. They think because they work a $12 an hour job in a front desk that they are above you. I find it so amusing. One lady got smart with me when I had her look my son up in the system and she wanted to correct me and tell me how to pronounce my own son's name. Thankfully I kept my composure and didn't smack her across the face. I believe in acting civilized in Social settings. I'm not trying to write a book.... errrrr...Now that I have put up my honest opinion/review on this school I shall carry on with my life. Peace ✌"
