"The problem and the reason for the low stars are that I was told it took 1 business day to receive a certificate. I took my class on Saturday. I was told on Saturday we'd receive it by Tuesday at 5pm. (first of all, that's 2 business days not one) I received it Tuesday at 8pm. It was my fault for waiting that long but they definitely should have put that on the website. My class was great. Yolanda Ford was my instructor and although it was long she made it really fun."
"I took the 6 hours + onsite road test, in the beginning the communication wasn't good at all. After complete the payment i received an email with the recipe, but it didn't have any information about the next step, I decided to wait a couple hours so I will get another email o maybe a call form the school but nothing happen. Next day I called the school and nobody pick up the phone, I had to call 3 more locations until finally I got somebody on the line. All that she said was 'You will get an email in between 24 and 48 hours after your purchase with link to schedule the classes'. After 3 days, ONCE again, I did not receive the email, so i called them again, finally I got the email with the link to schedule the classes. After all that everything was perfect, I was really lucky to have as an instructor, Lynea Laws, she was amazing, 100% recommended. Week later, I scheduled my road test, I got my certificated right away, went to the DDS and got my DL. (Easy process and you learn a lot)"
