"After completing 4 months of a 6 month contract we had to relocate rather quickly. I had 3 students enrolled and offered to provide proof of moving. They were requesting for me to pay registration and uniform fees for all 3 of the students. I have been trying to cancel for 3 weeks they were closed for one week ( they still charged for) and another time on a field trip. We paid $300 a month for 4 months and she is trying to tell me that they can’t “give” uniforms away. This place has terrible customer service!! Run as far away as you can."

"This guy has been charging $80 a month for a service that we do not use as a family. When I ask why are you charging me, he explains that this is a membership and you are charged whether you use the service or not. It is now April. My son has not been in classes since 2017. All of these charges for ZERO service. No notification of charges just automatic withdrawals from my bank account. I wonder how many other families are being charged without notification. They said we have to physically come in and sign paperwork to cancel the contract. OK I understand that part but how can you charge a person for a service they don't use, month after month without notification? Smells Fishy if you ask me."
