"I have been to the Oxford Location twice in the last month. Both times the order was messed up. First time the sandwich I ordered was not the sandwich I received...this was a take out. The second time (eat in) I ordered the classic Hook and Ladder. The turkey was left off the sandwich, minimal ham, and lettuce was wilted. I don't know but think it might be because I didn't TIP these folks. This is fast food and since when is a tip given before the service is rendered. I will not be patronizing this store anymore!"
