"Although the therapist was nice, I feel like this place is a total scam. They came to my daughters school and you pay them $30 to have them evaluated. I agreed to this and It came back that my daughter needed further evaluation which I signed her up for. There was no talk about how much this would be so after getting her another evaluation, they concluded that she was fine and scored average. I had to pay $180 which was not brought to my attention prior to this. I feel scammed. And regardless of what your stance is on masks, as a speech therapist how would anyone know what you are saying with a mask on?! Isn’t that the whole point of speech therapy? To look at someone’s mouth to help them with with their pronunciation? At least a face shield? My daughter said she had no idea what she was saying bc of her mask. Very disappointed in this place and will never give them my business."
