"Be very careful when using Anthem (BCBS of GA) Insurance at Sibley. When you go to pay your deductible for the office visit they tell you it's covered then they send you an invoice saying your insurance is only paying a portion of the bill, Anthem says they used the wrong tax ID & Sibley says Anthem is mistaken. I have being trying to resolve this more than 5 months now...Still trying to figure out if I owe or not?"
