Scheduling and billing is also always well done and consistent, never charged for more than the services I've received. Excellent practice."

"I've been taking my three children, now teens, to Dr. Dewling, over 16 years, since my second was a baby, after having a bad experience with a pediatrician in another practice. Dr. Dewling has taken amazing care of our three children. Not only is she extremely intelligent, but she listens and truly cares. She has never been rushed and is always so kind and compassionate. When I have been worried about a situation with one of my children, Dr. Dewling takes the time to figure out the best next steps. This has meant referrals or additional tests. Dr. Dewling has even called me outside of business hours when she has had results to deliver. It's hard to find a doctor who does that. We moved from Johns Creek in 2013, so going to Johns Creek Pediatrics is not the most convenient, but I would not trust my children to anyone else. And, my kids, who are now teens love her. I also have never had an issue with the front desk or anyone else in the 16 plus years my children have been patients. The nurses are excellent. I highly recommend this practice and especially Dr. Dewling."

"The front office staff who book appointments used to be so friendly and helpful. Chatted about life and connected with the parents. However, they have hired new staff and they are very short on the phone. Impatient and rude. This morning I got “Well, I wouldn’t know without looking!” when I asked if their was an earlier time available. I knew from the tone the staff member didn’t want to even be answering the phone. I still think Dr. Dewling is fantastic. If only there was a way to bypass talking to front staff. May need to explore booking online."
