"I love kids first pediatrics! My daughter has been going here since we moved here so almost 3 years now. Every Dr and NP we’ve seen has been so helpful/ supportive and informative. It’s disheartening to see some of these negative reviews. My daughter has had some issues PT/ST/OT and had to get a couple of referrals and that went over smoothly. I’ve never had an issue with getting a same day sick appointment and every nurse and front office staff has been so helpful. We LOVE kids first and will continue to come :)"

"I was given another pediatrician. I filled out the form which included a few things I wanted to discuss at my visit. She didn’t go over anything I wrote on the form and asked personal questions that had nothing to do with my baby. She didn’t discuss what I came in for. She also said that my son’s brain wasn’t growing properly which was incorrect. So I got a second opinion. She was wrong. On another occasion I was sent a registration to fill out online before my visit which included a payment. My insurance usually covers everything but I paid it just to be safe. When I got to the appointment I was told that I wasn’t supposed to make the payment in there was a glitch in the system. The lady at the front desk said she would cancel it. I called back a week later to check the status of my refund and basically got the run around. I left multiple messages for the billing department but never got a call back. It’s been a month and I still haven’t gotten my money back."

"This place is a joke!!! They screen calls and only answer the ones they want to. I’ve been calling for months and can NEVER reach anyone! I had to have someone else call on 3way and then they magically answered!!! I’m taking my babies elsewhere! How can you play with a child’s health. They never return calls even if you leave a voice mail You still have to wear masks—- even the tiny babies (2+) No same day appointments You have to give your kid an at home covid tests BEFORE they will even see them So pissed with them. Oh well. There are plenty more pediatricians who will gladly accept our babies and own their faults when appropriate"

"Honestly, I have had no issues bringing my child here. She has been in the care with Ms.Amanda Raynor for a few years now and now she's gone unfortunately. Amanda had always shown great bedside manners and was always professional in her approach towards my child. But apparently when my daughter's father brings her, there's issues. My daughter stated she doesn't wants to go anymore. The energy from her last visit just left her in a not so good space to the point she says she doesn't want to be around women nurses anymore, especially our own. This is disheartening because she says she feels judge and all the nurse does is talk over her when trying to explain what's going on with her or make her feel as tho she doesn't know what she's talking about. I think this is our last visit with them. I will not take my child somewhere she's not comfortable. Stop thinking teens are the same and treat everyone with RESPECT regardless! Come with good energy and not so hard towards people. You'll get a better outcome. You are in the business of healthcare!"
