"Tried this pediatrician's office due to a friend taking her kids here and loving it. I brought my teen daughter in for an evaluation and to get some refferals for mental health. We waited a long time before being taken to our room (even though I arrived early). Once in the room we waited longer before the doctor came in. The doctor was kind and gave some good information. We were in the room for a total of 1 hr. The doctor was only in the room with us for approximately 20 minutes (she kept leaving and coming back). I just got a bill for $301.21, which know I would have to pay because we haven't met our deductible, but I thought $300 was steep for what we did. When I called the office to question it, I was told that they bill out at a higher rate for new patients and the doctor spent an hour with us. I told the billing person that we were in the room for an hour, but the doctor was only in there for 20 min. She basically told me that there was nothing they could do. So I was charged $301.21 for a conversation...I will not be back to this office."

"Dr Heaven has been all of my kids pediatrician since they were newborns. My oldest son is now 24 years old my other kids are 15 and 8. Dr Heaven still see them and she’s a phenomenal Dr. she’s always on top of things when it comes to her patients. My kids love her and do not like to see any other Dr if she isn’t available. I love her and she’s never failed us. I highly recommend her to anyone with kids as your primary care pediatrician for your child Dr. my whole family has been using her and their kids are now parents whom take their kids to her. Will always go to her and send others her way. We love Dr Heaven. I wish I could say all the greatest words about her but my feedback would be too long but you get the picture."

"I love the way that he explains things. He doesn't make the parent feel like they're not doing what a parent should do. No parent is perfect. And I honestly believe that parents out there that really feel like they're not doing a good job are the ones that are trying their hardest to be the best parent that they can for their child. He doesn't make me feel like I'm stupid. He's easy to talk to and he's very friendly. He has this magical way with kids that makes the children feel safe with him as well! He's like a pediatric Santa Claus if you will! I know it sounds crazy or weird to put it that way. But my little girl, Daisy it takes a minute for her to warm up, and she warms right up to him. I see him as a Earth Angel for children he's definitely in the right business. I request him every time!"
