"Among many observations, some are very important in my opinion. Some of these were warm and friendly interactions between the children and staff including the staff treating all children equally and trying to accommodate their individual needs. I also saw most members of the daycare staff respecting the diversity or background of the children and treating both sexes without bias. Another view I saw was teachers using a positive approach in guidance and discipline, which I believe is very important in childcare."
