"We’ve had such a hard experience with daycares in the past, and we finally found the perfect fit for us! Miss Heather is so kind, quick to respond, redirects the kids when they are sad at drop off, and is always willing to go above and beyond for us! Any question I have, she either has an answer right away, or she makes sure to find the answer quickly and ALWAYS follows up! She is empathetic, funny, and truly seems to care about the kids! It’s comforting to see her in the office every morning! She runs a tight ship in all the best ways, and is so sweet! Miss Ayesha has had to deal with so much as the owner, and I have definitely not made it easier for her! But without missing a beat, she has always addressed any of my concerns, always has time for me, takes time to know the kids, and provides excellent customer service! Miss NayNay gives us excellent verbal reports at the end of the day (if the pickup line isn’t long), and she cheers the girls up when they are sad! I trust her to make sure our daughter is on the bus and gets to school safely! This school is amazing and I can’t sing their praises enough!"
