"I have been using this daycare for several months and there have been non-stop issues regarding staffing and closures. We never know if suddenly we need to rearrange our whole day because they are closing the room. In the 2 months about 40% of the time we've received last minute notices about "being in ratio" and not accepting enrolled children, or having classes closed altogether. I would strongly caution sending your children here unless there are no other options."
"Our daughter has been attending this daycare since she was 4 months old. Almost three years later she doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day. Briel and Carrie are amazing teachers and they are a a true asset to the center. In a couple months we will be having another child and are looking forward to watching him learn and grow with the amazing people at Childcare Network."

"We have used the Childcare Network location in Ooltewah since our son was 6 months old. Overall, we’ve had a pretty good experience with the daycare. After 2 1/2 years, we decided to try another, more expensive daycare for about a year. However, we were not satisfied there, and we chose to go back to Childcare Network in Ooltewah. We feel that the staff really cares about the kids and is not just focused on discipline and perfect behavior. Our kid is happy there and so are mom and dad!"
