"The doctor was awesome but your receptionist and the lady that takes the picture and blow air in my eye is a non personality person she knows nothing about customer service she treat your customers as if we just entered the Marine Corps. You have two receptionist one on the right and one in the left well the one on the left is also a dry biscuit speaking to me as if i am incapable of understanding so she felt the need to speak to me as if i am a toddler. I will not return because I deserve better treatment in places where I am spending my money"
"Dr Z was great? She reminded me of my cataracts and gave me recommendations for an ophthalmologist to perform the removal. Showed me on the monitor how they've gotten worse over the last few years by comparing the images."
"Every thing went well. My only complaint would be that when I made the appointment I requested to be scheduled with the male doctor because he was extremely familiar with my husbands eye condition and also familiar with us as a patient, in which it was scheduled with him but when they called us back they put us in the room with the female doctor then I had to say something to staff which made it awkward. It’s was nothing against the female doctor but I could tell she felt uncomfortable when I asked to be seen by the male doctor. They are both great but I only had a preference because one was more familiar with us. I’ve seen both doctors in the past an and again they are both wonderful. Staff just needs to pay more attention to minor details like that."
"For the last 3 years, this has been the location for my annual eye exam and the place for new lenses. For the last 3 years, I have not been disappointed with the SERVICE inside the location. However, the Service over the phone is a different story. It either takes many rings before someone answers the phone (Thursday - Sunday), once someone does answer, being placed on hold for extended period of time ALWAYS rakes place, and once someone does return to assist the caller, I've had 2 people who did NOT want to go out of there way to get additional information for me. The employees and Dr. who handle the eye exams, are GREAT! My additional comments are for the associates who work inside at Lenscrafters."
