Peachtree Immediate Care - Buford

"Worst nightmare. Stay away from this place. I went to this place on a Saturday with my 13yo daughter who was really sick. Although they are supposed to open at 8am, they opened very late by 30 min. Made us sit in the room for 45 min and though I went to desk for expediting this because of a funeral to attend that day, they were very rude and ask me to stay or go. There were altogether 3 patients and not a busy day, but their response was mean. Nurse practitioner Raynard Styles came to room and with no introduction, he immediately “kicked me” out of the room by saying “I just want to see only the patient” and he asked me to wait in the waiting room without a reason leaving behind my minor daughter. I was shocked and panicked not knowing what to do. He closed the door and somehow, the desk staff came knocking the door and told the nurse practitioner that the patient is a minor and he let me stay. Nurse practitioner and the staff was rude and not professional at all. And finally, he used some tool to inspect my daughter’s ear infection and didn’t even bother to sterilize the tool. I would not go back to this horrific place."

"UPDATE AND EDITED - At first this place seemed very nice. Everything went smoothly only to find out that I was billed $400 dollars for the visit...When I tell you I felt so betrayed by these people. I was sure to confirm with the doctor and the young lady up front that I had preventive care coverage ONLY. I went to see the doctor to only get some medicine. He offered me a bunch of labs, tests, and shots. I made SURE to tell him and ask the lady if my insurance covered everything...I specifically told him I do not want to pay out of pocket for anything. He reassured me and confirmed I won't be paying anything out of POCKET, I did all that because I thought it was covered. He straight lied to me. They do this to get as much money out of it as possible. I checked my email today only to find out..I owe $400. Never coming here again. They don't care about you, they only want your money."

"Best experience ever! They definitely changed their staff because the last time I came was in 2018-2019 and huge, huge improvement. All the staff I came in contact with were extremely helpful and sweet. My doctor (Michelle reed) and her assistant (Cricket) were angels! Love them. Even the front desk lady was very helpful. Didn’t get her name sadly."
