"This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been .Two office girls bragging about being rude. Office changed appointment with little notice. Then saying MRI had not been done in November the day I took him and it had been. which appointment had been set my staff for February ."

"ZERO STRARS!!! The whole staff needs to be replaced. Worst office staff i have ever seen. I went in with my mom and all the girls were rude, short and mean. There was one with short red curly hair who was the worst of them all. When checking out and making appts she got frustrated that i had to make my moms appt around my work schedule and kept shaking her head and making faces like i was annoying her then she snap back with passive snotty remarks shaking her head back and forth. She got herself so worked up at one point, and shanking and trembling, i thought she was gonna put hands on me. Dr syed was good but his staff is awful. Me and mom will not be going back there. In addition, i tried to speak with the office manager and she sounded like a 5 year old child and all she could say is, "Im sorry yo feel that way." She seemed more incompetent than all the rest of the staff. I feel bad for that Dr."

"Regardless of what time you make your appointment for just know you will be sitting for hours waiting for the doctor for him to finally come in and only see you for less than 10 minutes. Everytime I leave feeling like I just wasted my time and I wasn’t taken seriously. My last appointment was at 11:30 am the doctor did not walk in until 12:41pm I was walked out by 12:50pm smh"

"The staff at Gwinnett Neurology is as professional as the Doctor they work for. The office is exceptionally clean and smells very good; from the lobby and patient waiting area, the patient examining rooms, to the bathroom, very neat and clean. While I know this is a busy office, the ladies have responded in a timely manner to my calls whether for refills or appointments, or just a question. My thanks to all the ladies."

"I brought my mom here from a referral, there’s a lot of issues she was putting off and not talking about but we finally got her to go and went with her. Dr.Syed, only listened to her concerns once and then brushed off saying you need make an appointment to get issues addressed because he doesn’t handle more than one per visit. He has done this twice. I don’t know if he doesn’t like older people talking too much or maybe he doesn’t South Asian who feel too comfortable with their doctors but I will not going back. He is rude and with women, all doctors, dismisses very easily. I was very disappointed."
