"Absolutely terrible customer service. Asked employee if they have urgent care there as I walk in the door since I seen on the website/front door that they do offer urgent care and she told me she did not know. So I walk out the door and the nurse sprints outside to ask what do I need as if we are in private. I only went back inside because every other clinic weren't doing walk ins at the time. Now after my visit whenever I call this medical center the employee keeps telling me the nurse is busy. I leave all kind of urgent messages for the nurse to call back and doesn't ever give me a call back. I finally speak to the nurse 2 days after that due to me calling to tell me "you may have to go to another clinic" rather than can I schedule you another appointment. Like this place is very unprofessional! definitely go somewhere else trust me...."
"Went for my DOT Physical after having not gone to the doctors in years. NP was awesome, so was the front desk. They were both very helpful and made it overall a fun, friendly, and in depth experience. Highly recommend for DOT."
"I visited this clinic for a military examination with Bunmi Folarinde, NP in August 2020. I did not have to wait. I was sent directly to the examination room. She was very cordial and listen to what I had to say regarding my military injury.
