"I wish I could give these people zero star and that will be for whoever is the receptionist or operator picking the phone. She didn’t even listen to what I had to say before transferring me to the next line with no option for what I was looking for and when I called back to tell her, she had the right to tell me to stay on that call and listen instead of calling her back. Really! It’s high time you hired people who are really passionate and compassionate about truly helping people. I was too livid the 3rd time I dialed to even ask her name but she had no right to talk to any patient that way. All I wanted to do was schedule an appointment."

"Staff members are great but if you plan on Breastfeeding do not go to this hospital. They promote formula feeding over breast feeding. It took me 3 days to see a lactation consultant. The pushed me feeding my baby a bottle within the first hour she was born. They are bought out by the formula Companies. She is now on formula and refuses to latch. You should feel like you can rely on the staff to give you proper guidance, but that was not the case for me. If they cared about promoting Breastfeeding then it wouldn't take 3 days to see a lactation consultant. The formula is free till you leave the hospital. Also formula fed babies statistically have more health problems then breast fed babies. Bought out."

"Just had baby and I loved the hospital. Loved the spacious rooms I got and the fact that they had a menu available for you to order breakfast, lunch, & dinner. My favorite part that just made my stay so satisfying we’re the nurses though. There were a few I want to mention (If one of these ladies is your nurse just know you’re in great hands) Stacey was so supportive and patient during my entire delivery, Carla so attentive and caring definitely listened to everything I was concerned about also very patient. A nurse named Mia left us absolutely speechless we have no doubt she has a gift and is doing exactly what she’s meant to do on this Earth. Mia doesn’t only get her job done, she actually helped me RECOVER. She knows so much and she gives so many helpful tips to heal. But on top of that Mia would come in the room and be so helpful with baby especially if she saw I was asleep. When it was time for lab tests she was so quick and baby would be changed, fed, burped, and tucked asleep -to me that was so helpful because it takes me probably more than an hour to do all those steps with baby, but also it means so much she took it upon herself to help me rest while I was there, we really couldn’t thank her enough. Because of how satisfied I am with my experience I have a relative who will be delivering her baby in 2021 at EastSide Medical as well."
