"When I arrived in the office I was greeted by a very courtesy and professional staff. Dr. Jones treated me like a person and not as if I was just another appointment. My overall impression was extremely positive from beginning to end. Thank you everyone."

"I've never written a review, but I feel the need to let others know about the poor quality of service I received at Georgia Eye Center. I have been a patient of Georgia's eye center for years, and I had a prescription from them so I decided to get an extra pair of glasses online. When I looked at the RX there was no pupillary distance number listed, so I called to ask about it. They told me that they would not give me the Pupillary Distance number unless I paid 89 dollars to release the number. I asked to speak with the manager about it but she also declined my request. I paid more than three hundred dollars for the glasses and an additional 99 dollars for the eye exam. I paid my money to a place where I could not receive my medical record and gained poor customer service. I could not gain access to new glasses or frames because they would not release my info. This is a scam! They treated me horribly! They have been doing the same thing to other customers as well. I would say to anyone DO NOT go, refer, or visit their establishment!!"

"I have been a patient of Dr. Jones for 2 years and he has taken great care of my eyes. Each time I visit his office he always checks and rechecks the measurements that he takes to fit my eyes with contact lenses (scleral RGPs). He is also pretty funny which adds to the office visit! Overall if you are looking for a doctor who will try to help you solve your specific vision needs Dr. Jones is a great choice!!!!"

"The response from the owner is underwhelming. The only response that would be acceptable would be a refund of at least 50% of their outrageous fee for such a simple service. I was not charged for having my frames adjusted the last time I came to this location. I also have not yet received the “itemized bill” that was supposedly going to be emailed to me. I came in to have my new glasses (purchased online) adjusted and to have the prescription checked against the lenses in my new glasses, since my eyes were adjusting to the new prescription . (I had my frames adjusted before at this location without incurring a fee.) I’m not a customer, and the optician stated there would be a fee (he didn’t say how much and I didn’t ask- my bad). I was prepared to pay a fee. How much could it be $20-$30? The optician was polite, which is the only reason I’m giving one star. Anyway, after he adjusted my frames and told me the prescription was fine, he tells me I owe $89! Seriously? That was a close to what I paid for the glasses! This place is overcharging. He shared that my lenses alone would cost $790 at this store! Unbelievable! Once I paid , he said his system was unable to print an itemized receipt, and he said he could email it. By that time I was so fed up, I told him to go ahead and email it. He never did. I will be writing to the corporate office. Will never return here, much less recommend it to anyone."

"I recently had my first appointment for a routine eye exam with Dr. Jones. I say routine because my past three annual eye exams with my previous optometrist were uneventful, with the only recommendation being that I continue to wear my reading glasses as they are doing okay. Dr; Jones agreed that they were okay, and then he turned some dials and clicked some buttons and showed me what awesome vision looked like. The entire staff was pleasant and it was very obvious that customer service is a priority here. I was given a prescription for my first pair of real glasses, and I have to mention Andy who expertly matched me with three pair of beautiful frames that perfectly complimented my face. That guy knows his frames!! All in all great visit and I highly recommend you consider Dr. Jones and his staff for your next "routine" eye exam."
