"Beyond the view was such a good place to work. I worked part-time as a RBT and I really enjoyed the atmosphere in the Clinic. It was bright open and welcoming with plenty of great resources for us to do our jobs. I really appreciate the 2 BCBA's the most they were both employee driven and believed in rewarding the employees and giving acolades for a job well done! I can name many times they provided us lunches and breakfast even STARBUCKS drinks as a token of their appreciation. I always felt seen heard and valued working there. And as i moved on to work in my primary field as a Counselor they were very supportive in my exit. Will work for them again HANDS DOWN!"

"I used to work for Beyond the View. They were a new company so I gave them a chance. I was one of there first employees and the whole time it was unorganized and unprofessional in how they ran their business. I expressed to my BCBA that I did not access to my account to do my renewal, due to my BACB account email being from my previous company. She first acted like she was going to help me renew. She turns around blamed me and said that the certification is my responsibility because it got expired. I text her and told her about our previous conversation and how I didn’t have access the same day, but she still sent me a letter telling me I haven’t communicated in two days and that they are taking it as a voluntary resignation. I email back to tell them I did in fact communicate with them and they make up reasons to send me a letter of termination. Very I profession, they don’t know what they’re doing, and I do not recommend."
