"So I usually don't write reviews. But we went in for a routine eye exam and after we were done ( for my child) the doctor and the staff told me : Your prescription will be ready in three days. I asked: what? They said we need authorization . Ok so I leave the office and call the insurance . The insurance representative does three way with the receptionist. And she said it'll be ready by this day ( 3 days). Now usually people come out with the prescription when they leave the doctors office or it is sent to a pharmacy. So I call mid day on the third day and she says: ( now this is a different one that answers). Right off the bat she has an attitude. She says it'll be ready in three more days. Very very rude person. There is a Cuban lady she is nice. But this one that answered was extremely rude. She almost hung up on me. Doctor Scott is great but this three day system and this lady answering the phone she is bad. So be aware of this things . I had read a few bad reviews but decided to give them a chance. Stay away if you don't want aheadache. I hope the doctor sees this and hires a new receptionist. I was planning on taking my kids there but not any more."

"Dr. Scott is the best. Dr Scott did my emergency eye surgery and explained everything from beginning to end and what to expect. His staff is very friendly and makes you sure you are comfortable. You don’t sit in the waiting room forever and I would recommend him to anybody that needs surgery or glasses."

"You are definitely in good hands with Dr Scott. He and his team are professional and caring. He is the best!! I love that he explains everything, so you understand the procedure and what to expect during and after. They also do a follow up to make sure you’re ok. I will recommend Scott Eye Clinic to everyone who cares about their eyes. Thank you for doing my husband’s surgery and taking good care of him."

"The best eye clinic ever! They make you feel at home. The exams were thorough and well done. Most eye doctors are rude and just want you in and out. This eye doctor takes time to get to know you, laughs with you and seems to genuinely care. I don’t see myself going anywhere else. Amazing place!!!"

"I really don't want to give even one star... The day of my first visit, I was told that the glasses will be ready in 2-4 weeks. But I hadn't heard from them, so I contacted them. Then I was told, "With your insurance, It will take 4 to 6 weeks.” By the 5th week, they said, “We called the Lab. It looks like the frame is out of stock and it will still take some time. ”... Because they kept changing the story, I contacted my insurance company and called the lab myself to find out my prescription had not even reached the lab... Another thing I can't believe is that even though I'm contacting them to ask about the situation, They kept pushing me to buy the glasses there everytime I called. I decided to go to another place to have my glasses made. But they told me that the insurance payment was already paid to the first place, so I can't use insurance here anymore... It's really impudent that the money has already been paid to them even though I haven't received the glasses yet. What really pisses me off is that these glasses are for my son, who is still a student. I really regret going here and I should have been more careful in choosing where I visit."
