"Very positive experience for my first urgent care visit in nearly a decade. I was able to register online at home and didn't have but a 30 minute wait once I arrived. Everyone was very friendly and didn't just push me out to move on to the next patient. I was given different options to begin treatment for dizziness and fluid issues in my ears. Being that I generally allow my body to heal itself and do not like taking medicines, it was nice to be given some different options and not just prescribed something and sent on my way. I have been looking for a new primary since moving to the area and after this positive experience I will be registering as a new primary care patient with this location."

"My first visit and from entering it was not a pleasant one as there were three patients at the door upon opening and the employee arrived unlocked the door never greeted or acknowledged either one. We were all first timers and didn’t know what the procedures were. We sat there for about half an hour before the same employee came through the door to call on another patient who came in after the first three only then were we told to go to the kiosk to register. The appointment for the visit was booked before and a survey were both done online. The front reception desk there was no one no assistance provided. After a little difficulty got through with the kiosk registration. From then it didn’t take long to be seen. The survey done online the day before had to be redone. The clinical assistant was very friendly. After all services and formalities were done the team seemed a bit more receptive and friendly. Honestly I thought of not returning but have decided to continue using the service for now as the location is convenient to me. Please make customer experience better and provide a little better service to the reception and waiting room."

"Nurse came in and handed me a doctor’s note before speaking with doctor, I had to ask to speak with the doctor regarding my test results because they were not going to tell me apparently before releasing me, I’ve been here several times before and I got better service than what I received today. There was no one at front desk, they have you checking in on a pad, me being young I understand how to use it but id feel bad for the older people because I didn’t receive any help upfront!"

"Had very good experience. I was having bad symptoms for a kidney infection and I checked in online and was saw right away. They took my concerns serious and helped me. Everyone was so nice, the front desk clerk was sweet and very helpful when I was having issues with my insurance and she explained to me what was going on. The young lady who did my triage and shots was very sweet and professional and so was Mrs. Woodall APRN . I would definitely recommend!"
