"Had a bee sting with a mild reaction. Went to this clinic Saturday November 11, around 230pm . Was told the nurse practitioner was going on lunch until 430 (literally 2 hours) and they had no one else to see me. I also asked if they mind I get seen quickly before lunch-the answer was no. For an convenient urgent care, there was no sense of urgency to help those with an immediate need."

"Rachael Jefferson is the absolute best Nurse Practitioner I have seen. She was able to figure out what was wrong with me when no one else could, even after I had been to the emergency room multiple times. She is also always very patient and understanding and listens to what you have going on. She never gets in a hurry when she is in the exam room with you, unlike most Nurse Practitioners. She genuinely cares about all of the patients she sees. My whole family sees her and absolutely loves her! We would never want to see anyone except Rachael!"
