"Hour wait, & waiting room temperature was too warm for a provider’s office in my opinion. Compliment beverages were refreshing. Once in triage room, staff was very pleasant and professional and met all my healthcare needs. I’m sure I’ll be back. It’s local & convenient. I’d given 5 stars if wait wasn’t so long and temperature had been more comfortable."

"I have taken my children here several times since the clinic opened. There is a kiosk to register, pay, and check in. You can also register online without going in. They send you an email to let you know they are ready for you, and you have 30 min to check in after getting the text. There are complimentary drinks (coffee, water, juice) while you wait. The total wait time, after we registered today, was about an hour. This was acceptable to me for a convenient care. My daughter was swabbed for Covid, Flu, Strep, and RSV. I was pleased with this because I like to know what we’re dealing with so the illness can be treated correctly. We waited 15 min for the results. When she was negative for those, the friendly nurse practitioner came in and checked her ears, nose, and throat. She determined it was a sinus infection and prescribed antibiotics. The prescription was sent to my pharmacy immediately. The only reason I gave a 4 is because there is no one manning the front desk (for patients confused with the kiosk) and the toilet was not working."
