"Was referred here in September from the Emergency Room so the doctor could get me a referral for a procedure I needed when I was very sick. Never saw a doctor during my appointment, just an NP. Was charged almost $300 and was never given the referral. It is now almost December and I just today received a call to schedule the procedure. I am better now, not sure why they would think I still need it. Do better for the sake of your patients."
"This practice has not been the same since NP Herndon left. Dr. Ramdial is very unprofessional, unethical, and communicates with her patients in a very disrespectful manner. I will not be returning after my most recent experience. I was also given another patients medical records in error which is completely a violation of HIPPA."
"Don't bother ! I had an appointment last month, they had not received my medical records. Had an appointment today, over the weekend I received two phone calls and one Email, telling me to arrive at 0915 ,for my 0930 appointment. I arrive at 0910 , no one was waiting. SURPRISED ! I was then informed that my appointment was at 0900 and should have arrived at 0845.. To say the least, I was majority put off. So much for a new doctor to give my monies to. It cost me a weeks wages for this appointment, TWICE ! IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN."
