"Very respectful place very kind they greet you every morning with their beautiful smiles. They brighten up my morning everyday. This place gave me and my mother hope. Knowing that I’ll be able to walk again and do other things thanks to the staff I can pretty much say they save my life too!. Ms Lisa, Michael, jordan and Bailey I love them and I don’t know how much I can thank them."

"I’m very disappointed in my experience at this location. There is a reason why I hold off on posting reviews until I have completed my treatment. I enjoyed this facility. I enjoyed my treatment. They were so nice and I never had a problem getting them on the phone if I needed them. I always felt well-respected and cared for…at least until the end of my treatment. I was constantly told they were watching my visit count and were “on it”. I asked a few times and always received the same response. I felt comfortable with that response and stopped asking. One day I logged into my insurance app and found I had multiple claims denied due to me running out of PT visits. I immediately asked Lisa about this. She said not to come back until it was fixed and she would contact the insurance company to get more visits and would follow up with me the following day. I heard nothing. I called her back two days later and she said she hadn’t heard back but would be calling them again and would call me that following day. I never received that call. I called back a few days later and Eric answered. He said Lisa was on a call and would call me back. Again…never received a call from her. Now we have received a bill from Athletico for $700 for those denied claims by my insurance. This facility is good as long as you have insurance visits but the second there is an issue with it you aren’t worth their time."

"This is a great place for physical therapy! Such a fun environment and the therapist there (Eric & Jordan) are so nice and make PT not so bad! Lisa at the front is always so nice and welcoming! Check them out on Watson Blvd!!"
