"The staff is EXTREMELY rude. Gives patients an appointment, makes them wait 2 weeks then tells them Dr Cox doesn’t want them as a patient. He doesn’t come in and say it. He’s too scared, he has his staff do it. Dr Cox is very arrogant and stand-offish. He doesn’t care about patient care. He’s there for the money. It’s sad that a patient at 51 years old with serious medical problems, that really needed a primary doctor and chose his office, waited forever on an appointment just to get there and be declined as a patient."
