"The non personal sign in online is confusing and when you have to stop to upload an insurance card or Id it starts you over. Then I transposed his birth year from 47 to 74 and they made me do it all over again. Also had to pay twice and have to wait for a refund. You need someone at the front desk again. If I had just taken my father and not stayed with him it would never have gotten done."
"Great place to go when you’re sick. The only thing I don’t like is the amount of time you have to wait to be called back. And I think someone needs to be at the front desk to help people check in that may not know how to."
"Went in on 01/20/24, after check in I saw the nurse and NP within 30 minutes. I had my prescription at the pharmacy shortly after. Check in was a bit challenging, I understand the no contact with the front desk, but it would nice to have people contact. Or at least have someone acknowledge that you are there. We are in need of a transferring our primary care from a different state, your office is very welcoming for myself and my husband because of your hours and not taking time away from work."
"Went to Urgent Care on 1/8/2024. I registered and was informed to be there within 44 minutes. I got there and checked in immediately at the computer. Sat for 1 1/2 hrs waiting to be called to waiting room. Spent another 45 minutes in there. Was given a diagnosis. Got a steroid shot and an antibiotic shot and was told they would send an antibiotic script to my pharmacy. It is now 1/9/2024 at 6:00 and the script has still not been sent. I have also called and left two messages to no avail. Might as well have gone to ER."
"Signing up online and getting text updates made the process super easy. I liked that my contact with individuals that may have been sick was minimal. They were thorough and friendly. I love that our town has an Urgent care to service our community. The nurses and doctors were so friendly. I will definitely use them again."
