"The customer service here is absolutely horrible. I was advised they would not be able to help me without a physical copy of my eye prescription. Asked if I could email it or print it off and was told no, only could have it faxed over. Tried having it faxed over and my normal eye doctor said their fax was a busy signal and they said it was not their problem. Finally got my prescription faxed over and they told me I could only get a trial pair if I purchased a box which I agreed to. However, because my prescription was expiring that day they would not fill the order nor provide me with a trial pair. Sad that a company does not care to help someone and can be so rude at the same time. Will never return to this location."

"I haven’t been to the facility yet. I have only called and was told that they were not sure when the doctors would be in. Couldn’t schedule an appointment because they didn’t have access to that information. The doctors are a separate entity from Walmart. “Leave contact information for someone to call you back” she says. Why in the HELLo, would Wal-Mart operate its optometrist services in this manner? I think this a pre- indication of the services I will receive.......awful."

"I have spoken with Makayla twice about sending my RX over since they stopped taking my insurance & she has been absolutely ridiculous. She questioned me over and over on why I don’t have the paper copy of my prescription & kept interrupting me over the phone countless of times. I asked to speak to someone else and she said she was the office manager & that she didn’t have to speak with me since I was rude. I will never go back there!!"

"Worst customer service. Almost two years ago I get glasses with the anti-glare it lasted about 6 month and that is not even my problem so I went up there to see if I could get some new lenses (pay for them any everything) and I told her what happen she told me she couldn't help me. And then they tell me if you use the lense spray, wipes, soap, or water that it would damage the anti-glare I guess covering everything so it don't fall back on them. I told her I only used they wipes THEY sold me so this wouldn't happen and that I didn't want them free I didn't want a refund I just wanted to PAY WHATEVER to get some new lenses well she told me to come back she couldn't help me. I never went back until today. So almost two years now I go back up there completely different lady and I ask if my prescription was not expired and If I had the frames could they just do the lenses and how much would it be. Well she said of course but she couldn't check to see if my prescription was expired I would have to come back. I don't know when to come back she never told me. It is normal business day, normal business hours, not lunch time, and the eye center was completely empty so I guess the answer is never because it has been almost two years and nothing about their customer service has changed and I am STILL being told to come back!!!!"
