She always follows up and explains things thoroughly. Every nurse, tech, and receptionist I encounter is equally as friendly and helpful. I am so grateful for this entire office!"

"Renew Gynecology needs improvement, to say the least. I waited an hour and a half to be seen for my first appointment. I was then sent out into the waiting room to wait to be called for blood work which never happened! I then went back weeks later on my own to have my blood work done when they were less busy.( I was never called back to reschedule the original blood work. ). I had that done before Christmas. I never received a call about my blood work coming back abnormal and we are now on January 7th. I looked up my own labs to find out they were abnormal and that I can have a thrombotic event at any moment due to a coagulation issue. Dr. Lofters -Jones’ office needs to improve on professionalism and the turn around time for patients to be informed of their lab results. It’s disgusting that I had to call to ask why I wasn’t alerted about my condition. I work in the medical field and I knew what to look for but a lay person may not. Take better care of your patients and get staff that care as well."

"Dr. Johnson has to be the MOST compassionate provider dedicated to serving each patient with the best care. I don't think she understands how big of a part she played in my life. After my initial visit, she urged me to get labs drawn to pinpoint the cause of my complaints. I had labs drawn, and within two days, I received a call from her to notify me of WBC was 2x the normal range. I am positive she played a prominent role in having them assessed in such a timely manner because I was told it would be a week before the results would be available. Anyway, she urged me to go to the Emergency Room and had she not been so persistent with the notion of being seen, I was NOT planning on going. She saved my life, because come to find out I had sepsis, and my health was rapidly declining. The ED physician said had I not gone in, they were unsure how much longer I would have survived. I cannot recommend her services enough. If you are looking for a provider who adamant about providing top of the line health care while establishing a compassionately personal patient/provider relationship, I would highly recommend her. She was even gracious enough to follow-up with me about a week later to discuss how I had progressed since. It was a genuinely inspiring encounter despite the circumstances, and she set the tone for the type of provider I aspire to one day be. No words could encompass my gratitude to Dr.Johnson. I would wait for months to get an appointment!!! HIGHLY recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Staff doesn't seem to know how to correctly bill insurance providers. A family member of mine visited for her annual mammography, which also called for taking blood and having it tested. Though the physician was In-Network, they had an Out-of-Network lab to do analyze the bloodwork (without her knowledge)...which initially left her with a bill from Quest to pay. Why these people used Quest (Out-of-Network) instead of LabCorp (In-Network) is beyond me. To top it off, they were trying to justify it...knowing they used the wrong lab. The physician alone is 5-star; but the billing blunders of Renew Gynecology is 2-star. So I'm being generous with this 3-star rating."
