"My wife and I "take" our son to Dr Melhem for care for his ADHD, ASD, and other behavioral issues. However, we have become greatly disappointed in this man's ability to maintain his office hours and appoints. Not once, not twice, not three times, but 4 or 5 times now he has either canceled or been a no show to his appointments. He has taken my son off of all of the medications that he had been on for years with Hocking Health system and made one new prescription. We were supposed to evaluate his new behavior and set him up on new meds, but with the Dr continuously being a no show or canceling our son's behavior is now completely out of control! How in the world does this guy call himself a professional?"

"I worked through issue for years with no help. Dr Melhem and staff listened to my concerns with different medication and eventually got me to where I feel "normal". I sometimes had long wait times but it was worth it. I'm happy and healthy now."

"Saw him at Cambridge Hospital in Ohio. No surprise that all the hospitals he works for gets closed down. Sincerely one of the worst doctors. He arrived very late at night 9 or later sometimes when we were sleeping so he didn't have to see us. Refused to give anyone antidepressants because he was so against them. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. Really disgraceful that hes still allowed to practice. Also charged me for things when I was told medicare would completely pay for my stay and I still get bills from him for services he apparently gave me when I was asleep"

"The people who work for Ali himself are pretty nice and helpful. But the dr is very rude and blames your pcp for the mistakes that he made himself. I see my mother struggle just to get out of bed and always falling because how many drugs shes on."

"We arrived at 1:00 and by 2:30 we still didn't get called back. An hour and a half in the waiting room!! I had to go and pick up kids from school, which they knew. We informed them ahead of time and again when we arrived. They assured me that we would get called back before then. After 3 times going up, finally, the unfriendly staff informed me that they got behind. No apologies. Also the paperwork was inaccurate and offensive. Very unprofessional. Find another provider who actually cares."
