"It’s always a pleasure to visit, for my follow up or otherwise. Always courteous staff, who listens and gives information adequately and wait time is always awesome, no long waits in waiting area or examination room…Dr. Bonk is always pleasant and courteous and address your concerns and gives the relevant information to pertinent questions."

"Dr Duncan and her staff are very good. Thoughtful, respectful. Dr Duncan herself is an exceptional doctor. She took her time and explained everything. Never felt rushed. Very very good with young women."

"Dr. Rachel McDiehl is the best GYN I have ever had and possibly the best one in Northeast GA. I cannot recommend her enough. Communicates and deeply cares for her patients. I don't think I will ever want to go to anyone else. Took care of my surgery and Nexplanon placements/removals. 10/10 I recommend her for sure"

"As a first time soon to be mom, I wish I wouldn’t have come here. I believe they have more patients than they can handle. Appointments were extremely hard to make, I constantly felt dismissed, I wasn’t given a run down of what to expect in my first pregnancy - let alone on the first trimester, I was told nothing on what to expect with an identical twin pregnancy, I wouldn’t get calls returned, the on call nurse was rude when I called with an insurance question about genetic testing, I never saw a doctor (only an NP and when I requested to see a doctor the scheduling staff told me that I should just see whoever is available because I won’t know who is on call when I deliver), when I would ask questions they would quickly shoot out an answer and try and hurry me along. Over all an awful experience. The only person who was kind and willing to answer questions was the ultrasound tech. I switched over to Emory for my care and it has been night and day different. I was given so much information that would’ve been immensely helpful from the start of my pregnancy. I can’t recommend this place to first time moms. Maybe it would be a different experience if it isn’t your first pregnancy however."

"Not prepared for high risk, i loss my baby because they are not attentive to black women over the age of 30. Very friendly but I honestly think they have more patients than they can handle. When someone has an issues with their cervix and they are over 32 they should monitor closely. They sent me home knowing I was about to go in preterm labor. Should have been admitted immediately after the ultrasound. I can tell that they think I’m young and can bounce back. Black women are not super hero’s we need to be handled with care just like all your other patients. I feel like Dr Sarah is avoiding me because of the horrible loss. This place made me depressed and scared in my next pregnancy. I’m not confident and I dnt trust doctors anymore."
