"UPDATE: Considering you use electronic records, you all seem to be having a hard time finding them and I'm still waiting for my call back. I will happily change my review when my medical records are shared with me. As I said, I have no problem with the staff. All have been wonderful. But where are my records? I had a good experience EXCEPT for the fact that I visited in December and when I went today (January), they could not find my record from December! How does that happen??? Especially when you had no problem billing me! Why should I ever come back??? How do I know you won't lose my records every time? What kind of doctors office does that?"

"We had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk/MA, Kayla. I took my daughter to urgent care because I suspected she had the flu. Temp right before we left home was 101.6. Kayla took her temperature and said 98.4. I mentioned that the forehead thermometers are often inaccurate and asked for a tympanic temperature to be taken. You could see the heat in my daughters face and she was warm to the touch. Kayla became very annoyed, but agreed to retake Temperature tympanically was 101.4. When Kayla went to do a strep swab I asked that she use a tongue dispesor because my daughter doesn't do well without one when swabbing. She told me they didn't have any. Which I questioned the fact that they didnt have tongue dispesors. She then opened a messy draw and pulled one out. I asked for a freshly opened one and she proceeded to tell me to not tell he how to do her job and stormed out of the room. The NP took over the remainder of the testing and she was very professional and thorough. I did did not catch her name. Kayla is definitely not loving working with patients and her bedside manner is awful. My daughter was diagnosed with the flu thanks to the NP finishing up our visit. Even with the great experience with the NP it makes me question on returning if the staff is not professional."

"First time visit- & was a great experience. All of the staff showed kindness & caring. Took their time with me, while doing a thorough job. I was also taken back to the exam room, immediately after filling out paperwork. The doctor was also in the room with me within a couple of minutes! This will definitely be our urgent care “go-to” from now on."
