"This place is a joke. I have a sick pregnant wife whose fever is running 103.2. In high hopes that this urgent care would at-least take care of us. They only collected my $150 and by the name of Tatiana said the cure was gurgle warm salt water or go to an OBGYN clinic and get help there.. front desk lady didn’t seem to care enough to help this situation or money back.. they basically took my money for a session telling the doctors that my wife was sick without coming up with any solutions. They sure love to take your money here. Suggest elsewhere."

"There are no words for me to say when it comes to reviewing NGU Care. The professionalism of the staff ia amazing, but Dr. Haddad is one of the best Doctors I've ever encoubtered in my life. Humble, assertive, smart, sympathetic, empatheic towards everyone, he's like a living Google/Doctor both in one. Dr Haddad is that Doctor you want in your family. If he tells you what your health issue is, you bet that's what it is. My wife and I see him as part of our family. Dr Haddad is an angel that God put on earth to save human lifes! Omg, I went in there to have a gauze removed and when he removed it I told him "oh man" as if it didn't hurt...his response was...what? I didn't feel anything...did you feel anything??? Lol, Omg he was funny and amazing to work with. This place has the most amazing Doctors and staff I've ever seen. I don't trust any other urgent care other than North Georgia Urgent Care, you are all the best!"

"North Georgia Urgent Care in Suwanee I was having terrible back pain for several days. I decided to go back to North Georgia Urgent Care to see if they could help me. I arrived at the office around 9:30. There were 2 other patients waiting. The receptionist at the front office took my information and told me to have a seat and they would be with me shortly. I only had to wait 10 minutes before they called me back. Wow I was surprised how quickly they took me back. The nurse took all of vitals and then stated asking what was wrong with me today. I told her what was going on. She took notes and told me the doctor would be in shortly. It was about 10 minutes later when he came in. We talk about what was going on today. He examined me and then we started talking about treatment. He offered me a shot so it could start working quickly in my system to help ease the pain. Then he gave me two prescriptions of which he emailed to my pharmacy. I really liked Dr. Haddad. He really cared about what I was dealing with, and explained in detail what his plans of action would be. This is the third time that I’ve had to use urgent care, and every visit I have been extremely pleased with the amount of service that we get from them. It’s gotten to the point that it’s a lot easier to go to urgent care than it is to try to get an appointment with your regular physician. I would highly recommend this facility. My visit overall was about an hour! I was very impressed with how they get you in and out so quickly with having the time to discuss your situation with the Physician. This will be my go to place whenever I’m having health issues."
