"4 days before Christmas I scheduled an appointment online for 11:45 am the next day due to being absolutely miserable with a sinus infection. I get an email at 10:30 am the same day saying they can’t schedule my appointment so I call to find out why. They tell me “it would be too difficult since I am pregnant and that they do not have any available appointments today.” I now am left trying to find somewhere that can squeeze me in on such short notice, 3 days before Christmas. Disappointed would be an understatement. I was hoping to get established at this office as my Primary Care Provider since I have heard good things but because of this experience they will not have mine or my husband’s business."

"If I could give it 0 stars I would. Bad experience with the receptionist. She didn't even say hello when we arrived. She misstated my information from the beginning, the nurse wanted to help her and she didn't accept it. I live in the area and I will make sure to NEVER recommend this place because it is not the treatment people deserve. All the good reviews that this place has are surely due to the nurses and the doctor, no way due to the attention at the reception"

"Very courteous and caring staff! I loved everybody I met. All were genuine, sincere, and wanting to help me continue in great health. I particularly enjoyed NP Haritha! But everyone, from front desk to nurses, to Dr Burra, made me feel comfortable and they actually listened to what I said or asked. I feel I can relax now and not worry about the doctor-patient or staff-patient info exchange. They made me feel like part of their family. *Also special recognition: it was very short wait time."

"I have been going here for the past 3 years when I moved to Buford. It’s over a 25 minute drive but here is why I love them. They care. They are open on Saturdays and open till 5:30 for people who work and stress about missing work but also stress about healthcare. Any time I have been told they can’t see me, I’d I am spiraling about my health, they make the time by squeezing me in or staying late. They truly care. They have counseled me many times as I suffer severe health anxiety and tend to spiral when I go to google instead of seeing a doctor. Even the man and woman who answer the phone handle you with excellent care. I could not rate them higher even though there was a time where I did not feel understood by my actual doctor (Kachalia) he is still a good doctor. I give this place 5 stars for all the reasons mentioned above. They deserve it after the way they have handled me with care for all these years."
