"DO NOT EVER COME HERE WORSE STAFF EVER WILL BE POSTING VIDEOS AND ALL DR GOTLIEB IS THE BEST STAFF IS DRAGGING HIS NAME DOWN I WILL BE POSTING ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA FORMS KIDS BEEN GOING SINCE INFANTS HIGH TURN OVER RATE PATIENTS WERE LITERALLY APPROACHING ME APOLOGIZING FOR THIS POOR CARE A SINGLE MOTHER OF 4 KIDS TRYING MY BEST 15 MINUTES LATE EVEN THOUGH WE WAIT DAMN NEAR AN HOUR TO BE SEEN. THIS PLACE USE TO BE A SAFE HAVEN FOR MY KIDS BUT THESE LAST FEW YEARS IT HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! THE WAY TYE AND APRIL HANDLED ME WAS PROOF THAT SOME PEOPLE DO NOT NEED TO WORK KIDS . THEY CALLED THE POLICE AFTER I REQUESTED MY KIDS MEDICAL RECORDS. I WISH DR GOTLIEB THE BEST BUT IM DRAGGING HIS STAFF I HAVE VIDEOS AND ALL!!!! BUT TRUST ME THE STAFF USE TO BE THE BOMB SERVICE A DECADE AGO WAS TOP TIER BUT NOW I HATE TO SAY IT BUT PISS POOR PATIENTS STAY BECAUSE FAMILIARITY AND THEY HAVE BEEN THERE SO LONG BUT LIFE IS SHORT YALL MY KIDS HAVE BEEN THROUGH ENOUGH THIS STAFF IS THE EPITOME OF HEARTLESS!! "I’ve been coming to the pediatric center for over 20 years but past few years (5 to 6) a lot has changed and honestly I’ve contemplated finding another pediatrician which is difficult because I’ve built a relationship with this office and a few staff. Today, I came in at 3:15pm and my appointment was at 3:45, I told myself maybe if I come early I’ll be put into a room and taken care of by my scheduled appointment time. It’s 4:50pm and I still haven’t been seen. I was in the waiting room for an hour and 40 minutes in the exam room. I understand they can be busy once in awhile and it’s cold and flu season but they shouldn’t over book appointments. In 2023 this is the 3rd time this is happening to me, I honestly avoid coming here and prefer going to CHOA urgent care because I hate waiting for so long. Please do better!"

"I would not want to bring my child here just the lack of responsive and comprehension is beyond me. I just moved to Clarkston side and been calling this office for 3 weeks left a voicemail on the new registration line.. No one contacted me back. I called again to let them know and they keep transferring aka we do not care. Instead of making sure he’s get registered because they have the room. I’m really disgusted at the Quality of doctors offices on this side and I will continue to take my son to Sandy Springs."
