"Was able to get in for an office visit the following week even with Covid. Was taken a little early. No wait. Very professional. Doc was amazing. Dr. Stafford couldn't possibly be any nicer. He listened to every word. Facing you not typing. Worked out a treatment plan. Called me in a few days and scheduled my emg for the following week and at the same time scheduled my follow up 3 days later. Had a shot in my ankle .. he was so nice. Checked out with scheduled a 6 week follow up for ankle and 3 days later for my knee.. everyone was friendly. And professional. I drive a long time to go to them"

"Not sure what’s up with all the negative reviews but I had an amazing experience. Showed up early and was seen a little past my appt time (but I feel like this is common). I was reassured I was going to be seen shortly (and I was). It felt like literally every staff member greeted me and was so kind. I wish I got all their names. Dr. McCrate was nice and thorough in her exam . Thank you guys"

"No consideration or value for time. Waited 1 and half hours to be called back to the room with an appointment and then waited in the examination room for another 35 minutes just to be rushed because they were getting ready to close. When leaving I was locked in and lights we're out. I had to find someone to check me out. Arrive at 2 for my follow up a week later with a 2:15 appointment. I am not checked in until 2:45. Waited another hour before being called to the exam room which had not been prepped. Nurse cleans the room with me standing in the room. Once again my exam was essentially a glance over after being referred for orthopedic by the emergency room. Going for a 2nd opinion elsewhere where concern for the patient's well being and time are prioritized. This place needs an entirely new staff and management."

"If you hate waiting, this is absolutely the place you need to avoid. They do not have or under the meaning of time. I have missed hours at work twice because they do not make their scheduled appointment and 2 hours just to get in one of the rooms and another 1:30 to see the doctor. This is unacceptable by all standard and It's sad they are still in business. Word or advice if they review these comments. Do not schedule more than you can handle."
